OWINGS MILLS, Md. (AP) — Baltimore Ravens defensive back Tavon Youthful has signed a three-year deal extension, part of the team’s exertion to retain budding talent.
The 24-year-aged Youthful experienced just one year remaining on his rookie deal, but first-year general supervisor Eric DeCosta required to get a bounce on preserving the slot cornerback.
DeCosta suggests he “talked a few months in the past about preserving our ideal young players, and Tavon is the definition of that.”
Soon after paying the total 2017 period on hurt reserve with a torn ACL, Youthful performed in 15 online games past period inspite of staying bothered by a groin injuries. He experienced 34 tackles, an interception and two fumble returns for touchdowns.
